Return Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

Items are eligible for return within 12 days of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with tags still attached.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

How to Return

Email us at orders@anicru.com to initiate your return. All return shipments must include a tracking number with a traceable carrier. This tracking number must be emailed to us before your return is shipped. Returns received without tracking will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received it will undergo a quality review. Please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. This may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning any item.

Final Sale

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package goes missing please notify us immediately at orders@anicru.com to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive tracking and delivery confirmations.
